Copyright & Trademark Policy

1. Independent Hosting Provider

TLS Servers-Studios LLC is an independent hosting provider. Third-party game names, trademarks, logos, screenshots, artwork, software names, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance identifies compatibility or the subject of a hosting service and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement.

2. Customer Content & Software

Customers may use only content, software, files, modifications, keys, accounts, and materials they are legally authorized to use. Pirated, cracked, leaked, stolen, or otherwise unauthorized materials are prohibited. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable licenses, platform rules, usage guidelines, and laws.

3. Copyright Complaints

Send copyright complaints to [email protected]. A complete notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the disputed material and its location, provide the complaining party's contact information, state a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, state under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that the sender is authorized to act, and include a physical or electronic signature.

Knowingly submitting a materially false infringement claim may create liability. We may provide a copy of a complaint to the affected customer or service provider.

4. Counter-Notices

A person whose material was removed or disabled may send a counter-notice identifying the material and its former location, stating under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, providing their name, address, and telephone number, consenting to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, accepting service of process from the original complainant, and including a physical or electronic signature.

5. Response & Repeat Infringers

We may remove or disable access to disputed material, request additional information, preserve relevant records, notify the affected customer, and terminate or restrict accounts associated with repeated or serious infringement when appropriate.

6. Trademark Concerns

Trademark owners may report confusing, misleading, counterfeit, or unauthorized uses to [email protected]. Please identify the mark, registration information if available, the disputed use, its location, and why the use is likely to cause confusion.
