- No excessive resource usage beyond plan limits
Payments & Billing

Suspension & Termination
TLSServers reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse.
Data & Backups
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data. TLSServers is not liable for data loss.
Service Availability
While we strive for high uptime, service interruptions may occur. Refer to our SLA for uptime guarantees and credits.
Limitation of Liability
TLSServers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
